Production of concrete
Our company has a concrete mixing plant for the production of bulk concrete and road concrete type Liebherr, type BETOMAT II-345, located in Popeşti-Leordeni, Ring Road, no. 111. The AAS3 Concrete Bulk Classification Nomenclature includes concrete classes C8 / 10 to C50 / 60, and the class of road concrete classes ranges from BcR 3.5 to BcR 5.0. The concrete mixing plant is equipped with two forced mixers, one that provides a production capacity of 100 MCH for the delivery of concrete in the construction site and the second, which provides a production capacity of 55 MCH for the delivery of concrete required for casting prefabricated elements in their own hall. The concrete mixing plant is equipped with a centralized heating system for hot water and an aggregate heating system, which allows concrete to be delivered even in cold weather. The conveyance of the concrete products is provided by the company’s fleet, made up of MAN concrete mixers and Mercedes model, with a capacity of 9 cubic meters, and the commissioning of the fluid concrete is carried out with the help of the Putzmeister model, with a boom length of 36 m. According to the company’s integrated management system, we are particularly concerned with ensuring regulatory requirements for environmental protection and recycling of water from flushing of mixers or concrete mixers as well as fresh concrete from accidental or reinforced concrete from the maintenance of the mixers or as residue from the tests carried out in the own laboratory.

Production of prefabricated concrete elements Administration Active Sector 3 S.R.L. owns a factory of precast concrete elements located in Popeşti-Leordeni, Ring Road, no. 111, consisting of a production hall where the reinforcement processes are carried out on the one hand and on the other hand the technological processes of casting of concrete in the formworks with reinforcements, for various types of prefabricated elements, are made.The prefabricated factory is equipped with advanced technological lines, as follows:·   Concrete mixer with forced mixing, LIEBHERR model; Various patterns; Equipment for cutting, bending, shaping and welding of reinforcements; Stator pretensioners. In accordance with the requirements of the harmonized reference documents, the factory produces the following types of prefabricated elements:·   Elements for bridges (bridge beams), for the construction of bridges, according to SR EN 15050 + A1: 2012; foundation elements, for building structures, according to SR EN 14991: 2007; Linear structural elements (pillars, main and secondary beams of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete type: I, L, T; I with double rectangular slope) for building structures and other civil engineering works according to SR EN 13225: 2013;· prefabricated  flooring systems for use with in situ cast (precast concrete) composite to form composite flooring strips according to SR EN 13747 + A2: 2010;·External and partition walls, for non-structural use, according to SR EN 14992 + A1: 2012;·staircases and precast concrete slabs made of monobloc, with structural uses for interior and exterior, according to SR EN 14843: 2007;·Large (structural) and small (nonstructural or structural structures), with a rectangular, monolithic cross section, and designed as continuous elements with a joint detail allowing for eventual introduction of sealing materials used to create spaces underground for the transport and storage of materials, eg transport and storage of waste water, cable galleries and underground passages, according to SR EN 14844 + A2: 2012.The production of prefabricated elements takes place throughout the year, the ambient temperature inside the hall being provided by the cast-iron heating systems, which allows concrete to be poured even when outside temperatures are negative. Depending on the requests of the beneficiaries, the activity can be carried out continuously, 24h / 24, 7 days / 7, so that the orders are delivered in a timely manner.

Production of asphalt mixtures 

AAS3 has a modern asphalt mixing plant, BENNINGHOVEN BA 4000, which provides an operational production capacity of 150-300 tons / hour, located in Popeşti-Leordeni, Ring Road, no. 111.The installation for the preparation of asphalt mixes produces the following types of mixes, manufactured with both natural and crushed aggregates or quarries, according to the prescriptions established by accredited laboratories, as follows:·         Asphalt concrete (BA) for base layers, wear and bonding, used for roads, airports and other traffic areas, according to SR EN 13108-1; High mastic asphaltic aggregates (SMA / “MASF”), used for roads, airports and other traffic areas, according to SR EN 13108-5.According to the specific requirements of the beneficiaries, the plant has the technical and technological capability to prepare other product types such as: asphalt mixes for the bridge path, rough asphalt mixtures, asphalt mixtures with polymer modified bitumen, pigment-colored asphalt mixtures, asphalt mixtures with rubber powder, etc.The products are stored in the insulated bunkers of the asphalt mixing plant.Delivery and shipment conditions: delivery is immediate and the transport is done with specially insulated transport vehicles covered with tarpaulins belonging to the manufacturer or by the transport of the beneficiary.The company’s integrated management system aims to increase customer satisfaction by continually improving the quality of products offered, processes that are involved in product manufacturing and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable technical regulations, environmental protection, security and health of its own personnel, and stakeholders in the workplace, as follows:·   Supports environmental protection and prevents pollution, in balance with socio-economic needs;·   establishes requirements regarding the environmental policy commitment to comply with specific legislation and regulations;·   applies to those environmental aspects that the organization can control and influence;·   technnics  oriented.

Production of cationic bituminous emulsions

 Administration Active Sector 3 S.R.L. has a modern installation for the preparation of the cationic bituminous emulsion, MASSENZA Embac 4000 × 2, which provides a production capacity of 10 tons / hour.The installation for the preparation of cationic bituminous emulsion produces the following types of emulsion:·C60B2 (EBCR 60) – cationic emulsion with 60% binder, produced from road bitumen with Class 2 breaking index, used for bituminous treatments for technical class II-IV roads, for repairs, priming, badijonaries, fixation of geo-synthetic materials etc .;·C65B2 (EBCR 65) – cationic emulsion with 65% binder produced from road bitumen with Class 2 breaking index, used for bituminous treatments for technical class II-IV roads for priming, badging, penetration etc. .At the request of the beneficiaries, the plant has the technical and technological capability to prepare other product types, such as polymer modified cationic emulsions.Delivery and shipment conditions: delivery is immediate and the transport is done with specially insulated transport tanks belonging to the manufacturer or by the transport of the beneficiary.Product storage is carried out in vertical metal tanks equipped with recirculation pumps for periodic homogenization and equipped with heating system; it is not recommended to store products at temperatures below 0 ° C. The manufacturer’s recommended storage life is 7 days.

 

Modified bitumen production 

Active Sector Management Company 3 S.R.L. has a modern installation for the preparation of polymer modified bitumen, BENNINGHOVEN CPA 15-30, which provides a production capacity of 30 tons / hour.Polymer-modified bitumen are used in the construction and maintenance of roads, airport runways and other traffic areas and are classified according to the requirements of the penetration characteristics at 250C and the softening point.The plant is equipped with automatic dosing systems for all the raw materials used, the whole manufacturing process being carried out automatically.Finished products are stored in the four storage tanks with a capacity of 50 each, equipped with electrical heating systems and stirrers necessary to keep the polymer used in suspension.Production and production supervision is carried out from the control room of the asphalt mixing plant, where the process computer is installed.Delivery and shipment conditions: delivery is immediate and the transport is done with specially insulated transport tanks belonging to the manufacturer or by the transport of the beneficiary.
